A smoother path to launch

We manage the paperwork.
You cover the required costs.

Licensing a short-term rental can involve multiple agencies, applications, supporting documents, payments, and inspections. For owners who enter into a one-year Guestination management agreement, we organize and coordinate that process as part of preparing the home for professional management.

The property owner pays all government charges, license fees, business-tax receipts, inspection or reinspection fees, taxes, notarization costs, and any outside professional expenses. Guestination’s role is to help prepare, organize, and submit the paperwork using information and authorization supplied by the owner.
