Every property and compliance history is different. We begin by reviewing the documents supplied by the owner, identifying the agencies and open items involved, and outlining an administrative plan for working toward compliance.
This service is separate from our standard licensing support. Guestination’s professional service fee is quoted in writing and must be paid in full before work begins. The owner is also responsible for every government fee, fine, penalty, inspection, reinspection, tax, lien-related cost, and outside professional expense.

Paid in full. Guestination’s written service fee is due in full before administrative work begins.
Owner-paid obligations. All fines, penalties, liens, taxes, government charges, inspections, corrective work, and third-party expenses remain the owner’s responsibility.
No guaranteed outcome. We cannot guarantee that a license will be issued, renewed, reinstated, or that any fine or violation will be reduced or dismissed.
Property problems may require specialists. Zoning, building, life-safety, title, lien, tax, legal, or construction issues may require an attorney, accountant, engineer, contractor, or other licensed professional hired by the owner.
No authority over enforcement. Government agencies control eligibility, deadlines, inspections, penalties, approvals, and enforcement decisions.
Administrative service only. Guestination coordinates information and paperwork; we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, engineering, or construction advice.
