Check-in begins at 4 PM. Your personal door code and property address are sent in your booking message before arrival.

No parties or large gatherings.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
Driveway parking only, maximum 3 cars. No street or grass parking.
Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Put bins out after 6 PM the night before and bring them back after pickup.
Saturday pickup only. Put recycling out after 6 PM Friday.
Two exterior cameras cover the front door and parking area.
There are no indoor cameras and no camera coverage of the backyard or pool.

Pool & outdoor area +
Winter pool heating is available for $50 per day and heats the pool to approximately 82°F. Use the pool at your own risk. Children must have continuous adult supervision. Keep glass away from the pool and return outdoor items after use.
Television & streaming +
Use Guest Mode or your own streaming account. Remember to sign out before checkout.
Laundry +
A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Use only a small amount of detergent and clear the lint screen after drying.
Kitchen +
The kitchen includes everyday cookware, dishes, glassware, and appliances. Please hand-wash specialty items and avoid placing hot cookware directly on counters.
Temperature +
Use the wall thermostat for comfortable adjustments. Please keep exterior doors and windows closed while cooling.
